Roger Tallon, the famous French industrial designer, was born in Paris, 9 March 1929, and died in Paris on 20 October 2011. He created a large number of beautiful things: the most original watches for Lip, stairs, furniture and of course the TGV, 'Train à Grande Vitesse', the high-speed train for Europe.

Roger Tallon worked for many companies, including: Caterpillar France, DuPont, Technés, General Electric, LIP, Air France, Bata, Peugeot, Fenwick, Kodak, Salomon Group, Fluocaril, Elf, Terraillon, ERCO etc.
