Can I sell to Moett?
Yes, that is possible, you can easily send us photos on the We Buy page. Or by direct email to contact@moett.be
What can I sell?
You can present anything to us, we are especially interested in lighting and decoration items from the early 20th century to contemporary design lighting. In collaboration with the seller, we agree on a price and arrange collection of the goods.
If you are not sure whether your object is of interest to us, do not hesitate to contact us. If the object is not for us, we can still submit this to one of our colleagues.
Shipments
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes all countries are eligible for shipping. Our shipments are professionally packed with high-quality material. Each shipment receives a tracking number and can be tracked online.
How do I find the shipping costs?
Go to your shopping cart, here you will find the items you are going to purchase, you can easily indicate the country of destination, the total shipping costs of your purchases will be calculated and will be immediately visible.
What is the delivery time?
A package is prepared within 48 hours of ordering. We are located in Belgium, the delivery time depends on the destination country. Packages can always be tracked using the tracking code. On average, customers within Europe do not wait longer than 7 days for their order. Customers outside these zones, no longer than 14 days.
Purchased goods can also be collected.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes, all shipments are insured against loss and damage.
Packaging
How will my purchase be packaged?
Every object is different, so each object receives a separate treatment. We use all types of packaging and protective materials.
For large shipments we use customized boxes or crates. Air cushions, foam, bubble wrap, corrugated cardboard, etc.
We use different techniques and materials for paintings, ceramics, porcelain, glass, metal... for all these materials. We also wrap many of our objects with black stretch film.
Paintings on canvas are packaged in such a way that no pressure can be exerted on the canvas.
When will my item be packaged?
We will start packaging as soon as we receive your payment. A package will be picked up within two days by our courier service.
Installation and Delivery
Dou you also install lighting?
Yes, we also install lighting on request. Foreign buyers are also eligible for this. If you purchased lighting on our website and would like to have it installed, please contact us before purchasing to discuss the options. An additional charge will be charged for installation, prices depend on the destination.
What about my old lighting, will you take it with you?
Yes, that is possible, we will discuss this with the customer. If the old lighting is no longer usable, we cannot take it with us.
Is there an after-sales warranty on the installation?
Yes, lighting installed by us is covered by warranty.
What is the price of an installation?
Prices are agreed in advance and recorded in consultation with the buyer. Prices depend on the destination and the number of working hours performed.

Are all products original?
Yes and we want to emphasize that !
We are completely against counterfeiting, falsification products or deliberately incorrect descriptions. We put our heart and soul into our search for authentic and original objects and find it extremely important to deliver a correct product to our customers.

Are the products on your website new?
When a product is new or unused, it is indicated in the description.
Classic lighting obviously concerns used products, this concerns vintage and antique material that has all been tested and functions properly.
Contemporary lighting also includes new and unused products.
Are all your products listed on the website?
No, our stock is larger than what is available on the website. If you are looking for a specific product, please let us know, we may have it in stock or it may be expected.
On our Instagram page you sometimes find posts about products that never appear on the website, so it is useful to follow us there too.
You will also find sold products on the "Sold" page. If you see something there, enter your email address and you will be immediately notified when this product is available again.
