André Delatte Nancy (1887-1953) & Louis Majorlle (1859-1926), Glass and Wrought Iron Lamp / Vase. Circa 1920, Signed in the top edge
Is equipped with an iron suspension to be installed as a hanging lamp
The beautiful azure blue tinted glass is blown in no less than 15 iron spokes, which is very exceptional and rarely occurs, especially in this large format. there are very high relief differences between the iron and the blown glass
The whole piece is in its original condition, the wiring is contemporary and the fitting is partly porcelain. Tested and in working condition as visible in the photos. When the lamp is active, the powerful blue color changes to soft sky blue tones, very impressive.
