Large Chinese Ming Dynasty underglaze red flower (Peonies) porcelain plate. The plate has a wide central inside, flori-shaped rim, thick and large. Hand-painted ornaments in white base color contrasting with red copper color. It originated in Qing Dynasty. The red color of the package symbolizes happiness, corresponding to fire, symbolizes happiness and joy. The bottom unglazed, revealed the pale cream ground revealed and dark gray-brown mottled fire traces and edge-carved foot rim.
