Limited work by Georges Mathias, the swan couple on a gold-plated etching plate as a left-right couple. Released under his studio name Designo Maho in the 60s/70s.

Supplied with original lampshades that we have had reupholstered, a beautiful whole.
The plates are plated with a layer of 23ct gold, the artist confirms this with a label at the bottom of each lamp.
The lampshades are height adjustable by means of a screw system on the brass support rod.

In good working condition, the brasswork shows signs of age such as corrosion points, also visible at the bottom of the right swan, see photos, which give a clear idea of the quality.
